Return and refund policy

We want you to receive the item you ordered in good condition. Contact us at sales@mettaspace.shop within 14 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description, and clear photographs when possible. We will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, a prepaid return label or another remedy at no cost to you. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

For other eligible physical goods, you may request a return within 3 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. THE SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND A RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES. For a change of mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not accept returns of opened or used personal care, intimate, or health products for hygiene reasons, except where defective or where applicable law provides a remedy. Clearly marked final sale, personalized, and gift card items are final sales. This does not limit rights for defective or misdescribed goods.

We will inspect returned items and email you about approval. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, contact us at sales@mettaspace.shop. Exchanges are subject to availability; contact us before returning an item.

If an order has not shipped, contact us promptly to request cancellation. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and refund any canceled amount. If we cannot ship when promised, we will notify you and offer the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable consumer rights in your location, including applicable withdrawal or defective goods rights.
