Shipping policy

We ship to destinations shown as available at checkout. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery dates are displayed before you place an order. NO FREE SHIPPING. Orders typically require 3 business days to process before dispatch. Delivery estimates are 7-10 business days for U.S. orders and 10-15 business days for international orders after dispatch, unless a product page or checkout shows a different timeframe. Custom, made to order, backordered, or third party fulfilled items may have separate lead times shown before purchase.

We send tracking information when available. Carriers and customs authorities can cause delays. If we learn we cannot ship within a promised time, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law. If no shipping date is stated, applicable U.S. rules generally require shipment within 30 days unless you agree to a delay. Contact sales@mettaspace.shop if a shipment is late, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but missing so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law or our policies.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees PAYABLE BY CUSTOMER ON DELIVERY. We will disclose known charges and fulfillment information before checkout where required. Some products, including certain health and personal care products, cannot be shipped to every destination. Ensure the shipping address is complete; contact us promptly if you need a correction. We cannot guarantee a correction after dispatch, but will assist where possible.
